We’re looking for an experienced Financial Planning Advisor who can build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage investments across a broad spectrum of clients. We provide the tools you need to help you succeed if you have the drive and motivation to grow your career.


  • Enhance existing client relationships through comprehensive plan reviews.
  • You will identify opportunities within the provided book of business through discovery and client engagement.
  • Engage clients with AIG Retirement Services’ proprietary financial planning tools and modeling.
  • You will analyze client data to determine what strategies are most appropriate.
  • Develop recommendations and action items consistent with the financial plan and client goals.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Series 7 and 66 required.
  • State Variable, Life and Health License.
  • Extensive knowledge of retirement plan types and law.
  • CFP designation strongly desired or ability to obtain CFP within three years.


  • Existing employer relationships with current retirement plan participants to contact.
  • Marketing support including mailings, email blasts and customized flyers.
  • Company-provided technology, including equipment, helpdesk assistance, client management and financial planning tools.
  • Competitive compensation.

  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring by a Senior Financial Advisor and District Vice President.
